Since 1999 The Workforce Training Fund has been collecting between 18 and 21 million dollars a year via a surcharge tax paid by all Mass companies. The tax which amounts to 8.40 cents per year on every employee is collected through the quarterly Unemployment Tax paid by all Mass Business

Mr. Corcoran has been with the program since its inception in 1999 and served as Operations Supervisor, Lead Reviewer for both grant applications and financial information. Prior to the Workforce Training Fund Mr. Corcoran worked 30 years in the Insurance Industry..
