This time of pandemic is extremely stressful for each of us. Self-care is a priority at this time. We must find ways to manage the stress induced by this unprecedented time. Stress weakens our immune system. Meditation is a proven to reduce stress, anxiety and improves sleep. Please join Tina for a guided meditation to help you decompress and find your way back to your center. We are most effective when we are grounded, centered and connected to our heart.
Tina will begin with intro, check-in, do the meditation, and end with a check-in.
