Young Professional Forum "Sometimes, it's just easier to do it myself"
Sometimes, it's just easier to do it myself
- Have you ever been frustrated in your dealings with people (direct reports, co-workers, the boss)?
- Are there certain types of people you really enjoy working with, while others you tend to avoid?
- Are you an “I prefer to do it myself” kind of person or are you an “I enjoy teamwork”?
- At our next discussion on February 26th from 12-1 pm, we will explore the issue of communication – specifically, how you can get the results you want through understanding your own behavior first, then understanding the behavior of others.
- Bring your issues, concerns, chronic work problems – all of those things that get in the way of doing your best work.
