About Our Presenters:- Liam Weston is a seasoned HR professional who has been the Chief Human Resource Officer for 4 global Private, Public and Family-owned businesses ranging for $5b revenues with 20,000 employees to $1b with 3,000 employees. Liam now runs his own consulting business, helping mostly PE backed businesses with Organization Change, Culture and Transformation projects.
- Matt Griffin has 15 years of HR and talent acquisition experience in both large and small organizations. He is currently a Director of Talent Acquisition at Medtronic and leads teams across multiple locations and functions.
- Chelsea McCue has 8+ years of experience in running People Operations in the high growth start-up space. Chelsea's undergrad is in accounting, and she worked on that side of businesses before transitioning over to People Operations!
