The Multi-Generational Workplace - We all work in a diverse and complex world, and constantly see a variety of challenges such as culture, economics, technology, limited ability workers, age, gender, etc., but one of the most prevalent and challenging is the different generations. Each generation has different attributes, attitudes and values, and working alongside each other can sometimes be difficult. In this short but powerful presentation we'll review the 4 primary generations working together today, how to deal with the variations that each brings to the workplace, what you need to understand when working together and what the future holds for all of us as we move forward together.
