Each generation has different attributes\, attitudes and values\, and working alongside each other can sometimes be difficult. In this short but powerful presentation we'll review the 4 primary generations working together today\, how to deal with the variations that each brings to the workplace\, what you need to understand when working together and what the future holds for all of us as we move forward together.\n\n \n\nBob Vear Bob is Managing Partner and founder of V&T\, LLC.\, a Training and Organizational Development /Management Consulting company in Nashua\, NH\, his third company since the mid-1990s.  Bob became interested in consulting and organizational education as a High Performance Organization participant at Digital Equipment Corporation in 1994\, setting the strategic direction for 25\,000 employees of the services group. Working in over 70 different companies Bob has performed as a manager\, project manager\, trainer\, consultant\, coach and individual contributor in customer service\, engineering\, finance\, IT\, academia\, medical and various manufacturing organizations\, and has lead several successful product teams and programs.
