Pre-employment background screening – understanding what is conducted is a background check.  I will explain what is covered in a full background check conducted for employers prior to a hiring decision.  What information can be surfaced – the level of negative or fraudulent information surfaced, (1 out of 5 applicant’s), provide misleading or fraudulent information.  Basically I will explain what we can uncover for employers and what an individual can expect when a background check is conducted on them.
