HR Council Meeting - More Hot TopicsStrategies for Creating a More Resilient Organization, including addressing Employee Burnout and Establishing Trust in Leadership.
During and after a time of crisis, employers who want to avoid high turnover and burnout among their staff are served to implement programs designed to reduce psychosocial trauma and increase the likelihood of their workforce coping and even thriving. On September 22, 2021, the TTCC HR Council will discuss strategies for creating a more resilient organization, including addressing employee burnout, stress and anxiety and establishing trust in leadership. If time permits, we will have an open discussion about other hot issues faced by the members.
