Come and learn more about the Mansfield Bio-Incubator Mentor Program. This will be an information and networking session for mentors and mentees.

Mentees: This is your chance to meet program mentors, share ideas and learn how the Bio-Incubator can help you with your developing company.
We’ll have expert mentors and the Bio-Incubator Team there to answer questions and introduce you to the incubator. Speakers: Richard Tharin. MS, RAC, Principal, The Cerneos Group; Nicole Lahousse
Nicole Lahousse holds a bachelors degree in Biology/Chemistry and a Master in Metaphysics. She worked as a chemist for over 16 years for several major Biotech and Pharmaceutical companies and was involved as a lead chemist in 8 global campaigns. She lead a team of 5 FTEs which worked with all areas of pharmaceutical development research and was one of the first Mentors of the company’s mentorship program. She lead an interdepartmental Communications Team that identified and presented areas of focus to foster effective communications and collaboration.

Mr. Tharin's regulatory and product development experience in the life sciences covers more than 20 years of high visibility regulatory experience in the medical device, drug and biotech fields. As a regulatory professional, he prepared product development pathways that have sped device, biotech and drug products to market. Richard's clients include mature firms, start-ups and firms in transition.
