DESCRIPTION:Communication is difficult in the best of times.  Mixing in different methods of communication\, generations\, communication styles\, and a host of other factors\, effective communication seems nearly impossible.  Join us for this highly engaging session to gain practical tips for communicating more effectively with co-workers\, team members\, managers\, customers\, and clients.  We will also try to address your most important communication questions.\n\n \n\nAbout Jen Vondenbrink\n\nJen Vondenbrink works with companies nationally and internationally struggling to communicate more effectively in the ever-changing work environment. Did you know according to the Bureau of Labor the average worker stays in their position for 4.4 years\, but the average for young professionals is less than 3 years. With the cost of a new hire hovering between 1.5-3 times the annual salaries\, this high turnover can get expensive.
