Completely overloaded?\n	Stress certainly has a way of hijacking our lives\, doesn't it?\n	Sometimes stress effects are subtle\; perhaps you get to the end of your day and have       \n	no idea where the time went. Other times stress feels beyond overwhelming\; maybe you feel as if you are in overdrive 24/7 and have nothing left to give.\n\nWe're all being stretched past capacity with our professional and personal obligations\, conflicting demands\, and jam-packed schedules. From the day-to-day pressures to the life-changing challenges that can take our breath away\, stress is a constant in our lives.\n\nWhile we can't eliminate stress\, we can change our relationship with it. The key to managing stress is understanding your relationship with it\, recognizing its effects on your mind and body\, and having strategies in place that work for you.\n\n\n\nThat's where this program comes in.  During this program you will gain knowledge of the stress response and the relaxation response\, participate in experiential exercises that offer relaxation in the moment\, as well as learn practical\, evidence-based strategies that can immediately be implemented to change your relationship with stress in both your personal and professional lives.
