DESCRIPTION:For the Tri-Town Chamber of Executive Committee of the Board of Directors to Meet\n\n\n\nWhat is the Chamber of Commerce Executive Committee ??\n\n \n\nAuthority of the Executive Committee         The Executive Committee shall act for and on behalf of the Board of Directors when the Board is not in session\, but shall be accountable to the Board for all its actions.  Notwithstanding the preceding sentence\, authority to incur indebtedness or to file any complaint or litigation in the name of the Tri-Town Chamber of Commerce\, Inc. must come from a vote of the Board of Directors and not from the Executive Committee acting in the absence of the Board of Directors.\n\n \n\nComposition of the Executive Committee   The Executive Committee shall be composed of seven (7) officers: President\, Vice President for Membership Development\, Vice President for Events\, Vice President for Economic Development\, Secretary\, Vice President for Community Relations and Member At Large. Immediate Past-President would make 8 during the year following his / her term of office as President \n\n \n\nQuorum of the Executive Committee          There shall be a quorum of at least four (4) members of the Executive Committee voting\, either participating in person or by telephonic conference call\, for any action to be taken by the Executive Committee.
