So it is very important to register in advance.\n\n    Attendees will mingle a bit\, before sitting down and then a lunch buffet is served.\n\n     As you  are finishing lunch\, each table will be asked to introduce themselves.\n\n     A  facilitator will be at each table and the formal networking begins.\n\n     The facilitator makes sure each person gets the same amount of allotted time to speak   usually about five minutes each.
