DESCRIPTION:We are deeply grateful to everyone who values the mission and message of Community VNA and finds innovative ways to show that support. For four years\, the generosity of individuals and organizations alike has contributed to the success of our annual signature event Spring Break  and we would be honored if you would partner with us this year as a Spring Break Sponsor.\n\n\n\nThis year marks our 5th annual Spring Break\, and the 35th anniversary of our Hospice Care program. Since 1983\, we have brought skilled nursing\, dignity\, comfort and respect to patients and their loved ones facing life-limiting illnesses. It seems fitting this year to celebrate our achievements\, and raise funds to provide compassionate end-of-life care\, regardless of patients' insurance status.\n\n\n\nPlease join us as we return to Lake Pearl Luciano's on Sunday\, April 29th. The event\, which begins at 11:30 AM\, includes a delectable buffet brunch\, raffles and a silent auction. Guest Speaker: David Dosa\, MD\, MPH.  Dr. Dosa is the New York Times bestselling author of Making Rounds with Oscar: The Extraordinary Gift of an Ordinary Cat. He is an Associate Professor of Medicine and Health Services\, Policy and Practice at Brown University\, and a health services researcher and practicing geriatrician at the Providence Veterans Administration Medical Center and Rhode Island Hospital.     There will be an opportunity to purchase autographed copies of Dr. Dosa's book at the event.\n\n\n\nWe hope you will take a moment to review our Sponsorship Opportunities (downloadable PDF ).
